If a buyer wants a refund of a purchase, they must contact me first through this email id (contact.akascape@gmail.com) within 48 hours after the purchase.

Possible scenarios of a refund:
- The product is not at all working in their system
- There are some download issues in the download page
- Product is not accessible though the links

The buyer must explain the reason, including:
- detailed explanation of the issue
- screenshots of what really happened
- provide the transaction id

(No refund if the issue gets solved)

Buyers asking for refund after 1 week of purchase, are not eligible for any refund.

At the same time, any other forms of unfair practices like forced uninformed chargebacks, fraudulent buyers, unauthorized card payments, false reports, will not be tolerated and necessary actions will be taken.
